Mixing It Up

I am really starting to get serious about being fit. I am mixing up my three exercise programs: zumba, yoga and running. First, I run around our yard for at least six laps and we have a 1 acre yard so I think that is a good run for me. Then I do yoga and later, zumba. The reward is overwhelming, I feel good and relaxed. That is what I need, especially since I have been very stressed out lately. I want to go on a vacation but since that won't be happening anytime soon and exercising is a great alternative. I am utilizing our yard for running this summer because I know it won't be long before winter will be here. During the winter times, I definitely can't do as much running as I would like because of the limited space in our house but for sure, I will keep doing the yoga and zumba.
