New Fitness Program

I found a new fitness program that I really like. I have been doing it pretty much everyday. It helps me relax and I feel good afterward. My new found love is yoga! When I don't feel like doing Zumba, I do yoga. Aside from eating healthy, I exercise regularly and now I am almost reaching my goal, weight wise. I only need to lose three more pounds and I will be a happy camper. I also got myself a new set of yoga clothes and I really like them.
