Below 100 lbs.
I got on the scale yesterday and was below 100 lbs for the first time in a long time. I was happy to see that I lost a few pounds because that proves that my diet and exercise program working. I was 97 lbs to be exact. I have been doing a good job of cutting the amount of food that I have been eating for the past week. Unfortunately, today is a different story. I splurged on all sorts of tasty food. I just finished my breakfast and I had one and a half cups of rice and some bacon. I blamed the splurge on the bacon. For some reason, I can't eat bacon without rice. Boy! was that good. I think that splurging once a week is probably not bad. It has been a while since the last time I had bacon so I had a good excuse :-).
