We roasted this 22 lb turkey on the Thanksgiving Day. We bought it a few months before Thanksgiving when there was a big sale on turkeys. We thought that we were going to the Twin Cities for a family gathering and that was why we got the jumbo one but instead it was just my hubby and me celebrating alone at home. We ended up eating most of the turkey ourselves and then froze the rest. I don't get tired of eating roasted turkey for even a week because it is yummy :D.I was planning to cook Filipino dishes but my husband said that was a bad idea because we would have a ton of food in the refrigerator and it would go bad before we could eat it all.
