Claims Against Major Drug Maker

Victims everywhere are beginning to file claims against the maker of Trasylol, Bayer, for their negligence and carelessness. Trasylol, also known as Aprotinin, was created to save lives but from the evidence presented has done exactly the opposite like so many other pharmaceuticals.

The drug, Trasylol was approved by the FDA in 1993. It was administered with a simple injection and quickly became a common drug in the operating room. Trasylol was designed and used to reduce the amount of blood loss during complex surgeries.

It wasn't until 2007 that studies started suggesting that Trasylol was actually causing an increase in risk and complications. The death toll started rising and Bayer simply turned their heads the other direction. They had all of the evidence in front of them but decided to profit from their carelessness. It took more than a year for Bayer and the FDA to finally pull the drug from hospitals worldwide.

Now victims and their families are reaching out and asking for justice. Justin Demerath from Austin, Texas is just one of the many lawyers that are helping victims of Trasylol. If you or a member of your family has been injured or passed away after use of this drug it is important that you file a Trasylol lawsuit against Bayer immediately. Hopefully, this will send a clear message to Bayer, the FDA and negligent pharmaceutical companies everywhere that drugs need better testing before release.
